Galaxy: International Multidisciplinary Research Journal (GIMRJ) is a peer-reviewed, open access academic journal dedicated exclusively to the publication of original research papers across disciplines in the Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Commerce, Education, and Sciences.

We no longer accept creative writing (poems, fiction), book reviews, or interviews. Submissions must be academic research papers that contribute to scholarly discourse in their respective fields.

We follow the MLA 9th Edition citation style and a strict double-blind peer review process.

📌 How to Submit

Use the Google Form (recommended) or email fallback if you face issues.

• Attach a single .doc/.docx manuscript
• Subject line (email): Research Paper Submission – [Title of Paper]
• Include in manuscript:
  • Title of the paper
  • Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
  • Abstract (100–150 words) with 4–6 keywords
• Include in email body:
  • A declaration that the paper is original and plagiarism-free
  • A statement confirming you have read and agreed to the journal’s policies

• MLA 9 formatting applied (title, body, endnotes, works cited)
• Abstract 100–150 words + 4–6 keywords
• English only; translations provided where needed
• Single .doc/.docx file named PaperTitle_Author.docx
• Originality declaration included

📝 Manuscript Format Guidelines (MLA 9)

• Title: Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold (No ALL CAPS)
• Author & Affiliation: Listed below the title
• Abstract: 100–150 words + Keywords
• Body Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt, justified, single-line spaced
• Length: Ideally 3000–5000 words
• Languages: Only English; translate quotations from other languages
• Notes: Use endnotes only, placed before “Works Cited”
• Style: MLA 9th Edition citation and formatting
• Do Not Include: Footnotes, page borders, colored text, decorative formatting

⚠️ Submissions with formatting issues or typographical errors may be rejected without review.

🔐 Copyright & Licensing

Authors retain full copyright of their research work. Galaxy Journal holds the right to publish and reproduce accepted research papers in print, online, or as part of anthologies.

Authors may republish their work elsewhere under the following conditions:

1. Inform the Editor-in-Chief in writing
2. Acknowledge Galaxy as the original publisher and provide the publication link

All papers are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).

🛡️ Plagiarism Policy

By submitting a paper, the author(s) affirm that:

• The work is original and all references are properly cited
• No portion is copied from previously published or submitted work
• They take full responsibility for the academic integrity of the submission

If plagiarism is detected:

• The paper will be rejected or removed
• Authors may be asked to issue a written apology
• Their institution may be notified
• The record will be logged permanently in our editorial database

💰 Article Processing Fee (APF)

Galaxy Journal is open access. There is no fee at the time of submission. Article Processing Charges apply only after acceptance to support editorial and publishing operations.
