Abstract
Being healthy means more than just not having a disease or being ill. It means to be in a good stage of physical, mental, and social health. This is a variable that affects both individuals and society as a whole. The health of a society significantly impacts the productivity and prosperity of its people. Health education is the process by which people learn how to take care of their own health and the health of others in their surroundings. Women’s health is a vast and complex domain that covers their physical, mental, and social well-being, as well as their relationships with others. Women deal with various health problems, such as infertility, cancer, diabetes, depression, heart disease, osteoporosis, postpartum depression, and more. Giving women access to both formal and informal health education programs can help them learn more about important health issues. The paper studies the causes of health problems among women and the impact of health education on them.
